About The Pastors Conference

The PASTOR ministry began in 2018.   The PASTOR is an acronym for The Physical and Spiritual Training Organized Regimen. This ministry’s purpose is to awaken the body of Christ to a conscious understanding that it is equally as important for them to be a good steward over their bodies as it is over any other thing that God has placed in their care. It is not enough for you to become spiritually healthy yet ignore the health of the total man.  One cannot be Kingdom laborers for God lacking the strength, energy, and/or well-being to do so. So the challenge to is for you the body of Christ is to step into The PASTOR under the anointing of the Holy Spirit and take authority and control over your body and begin your training today.

I Was Dying

One morning around 2:00 am in November 2010, I woke up sweating and my heart was racing a hundred miles an hour.  I thought I was having a heart attack; so I went to emergency care at my medical provider.  After running some test I was fine, but I did not feel fine. In January and February 2011 the same thing happened. I’ll never forget what I said to God nervous and fearful; please Lord I do not want March 27, 2011, I decided to seriously workout while going on the Daniel diet with my wife, sister in law, and friend for forty days. On May 06, 2011, some forty days later my cholesterol drop from 254 to 187 and my doctor was astonished. I was down to roughly 215lbs and losing inches around my waist. Feeling good I decided to press on and workout even harder. By November 2011, some eight months later from when I started my fast and changed my diet, I had dropped to a 34in. waist and was weighing in at 194lbs. Here today, August 2012, I am fluctuating in weight from 194lbs to 196lbs. Nonetheless I still feel good.

Here is an interesting yet scary thought that the Lord shared with me; that many Christians will have eaten their way into the Kingdom of Heaven long before He would have called them home. Yes it is a struggle each day but by the power of the Holy Spirit we can make better choice in eating and take action by exercising ourselves to a better and healthier way of living.

A Made Up Mind

Romans 12:1-3 the Apostle Paul says, “I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. And do not be not conformed to the ways of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God”. Believe me when I tell you that God’s perfect will for you and I is to be healthy spiritually and physically.

Anything we do in the body of Christ begins with a renewed mind and requires us to sacrifice physically at some level. The renewed mind signifies one’s commitment to God and the physical sacrifice of the body is indicative of giving up or dying out to something that attaches us to the world.
